Delivery

Goods in stock are sent out on the day of ordering if the order is placed before 11:30, or on the next working day.

Backorder goods are sent out within the time period specified on the product page.

If the order contains both in-stock and backorder items, the shipment is made when all products have arrived at the warehouse.

NB! Always inspect the goods upon receipt for external damage to the packaging such as punctures or dents. Record any damage with the courier. Without this, future claims for transport damage may be rejected.
