Delivery

• Goods in stock are sent out on the day of ordering if the order is placed before 11:30 or on the next working day
• Backorder goods are sent out within the time period specified on the product page

 

If the order contains goods in stock and by order, then by default the order is shipped out when all goods arrive to the warehouse.

NB! Always check the goods upon receipt for external damage to the packaging: punctures, dents, etc. and record the damage together with the courier. Without this, future claims for damage received during transportation may be rejected.
