Return and exchange

Items ordered from Rideglide.eu can be returned within 30 days (conditions and restrictions applied).

 

To return a product, please contact us by e-mail (info@rideglide.eu), indicating your order reference and the name of the person to whom the order was made.

 

Depending on your location we will send a courier or/and issue a return label for the return shipment or we will ask you to send the goods by local post to our logistics partner in your country, so it will be domestic shipment.

 

The paid amount will be refunded after receiving the returned item in the same way as the original payment.

 

Products made to order are non-returnable (i.e. custom bikes), as well as products that have been modified and adapted to the needs of the customer.

By default, the returned goods must be new and unused, the package is unspoilt and complete. 

 

The product may be inspected and tested to the minimum extent possible, so that no traces are left on it and the product remains in new condition.

 

Testing consists in its visual assessment, for example, for matching the color to the desired one or checking its properties. If the product does not fit, it must be packed back in its original packaging, in its initial way.

 

In case of return of spare parts, they must not be installed and used.

If the product turns out to be defective, such cases are processed according to the guarantee procedure. Read more about warranty HERE

 

In case of returning the goods in an improper condition, we reserve the right to return the goods back or make partial refund, such cases will be discussed with the client separately.

 

Shipping cost refund

Although the standard goods purchased at RIDEGLIDE.EU are eligible for a return within 30 days, shipping costs will not be refunded. In this case, you must bear the shipping and return costs yourself.

The consumer bears the transport costs for sending the return to us. We have organized this in the most optimal way and the return will cost, depending on the weight, starting from 4.90EUR.

 

Order exchange

Item replacement is also available. In this case, after you send the product you want to exchange to us, we will send you a replacement with free shipping. Sending the goods to us can be arranged as with a regular return procedure. Also, when replacing a product, the same requirements apply to it as when regular return.
