Warranty terms

The products in the Ride and Glide store are official and original, and all products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

• Depending on the manufacturer, the warranty can be up to 3 years.
• In addition to the warranty, individuals in the European Union have the default right to file claims regarding the quality of the product within 24 months from the date of receipt of the order.
• In case of problems with the product, you can contact the manufacturer's service center, if there is one in your city.
• If not, contact us by sending your order details by e-mail to info@rideglide.eu, describing the problem, if possible, attaching photos of the breakdown, and our specialists will help you find a solution or arrange the delivery of your device to the official service center.

It should be remembered that not all elements have the same warranty period, since, for example, tires naturally wear out quickly.

Warranty repairs also do not apply to products that have been subjected to excessive physical stress.
